Job Location: Surat
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Tendering Engineer Civil who will be responsible for handling end-to-end tendering, estimation, quantity surveying, and billing activities for civil construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and identify tenders from GeM, Government & Private portals
- Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines
- Perform BOQ preparation & quantity takeoff
- Conduct rate analysis (labour + material costing)
- Prepare project cost estimations and budgets
- Handle RA Billing & Final Billing for projects
- Verify site measurements and reconcile quantities
- Work on AutoCAD for quantity extraction
- Coordinate with procurement for material rates & vendor finalization
- Maintain proper documentation for all tender and billing processes
- Prepare reports using advanced Excel (very important)
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Tendering & Estimation (Civil Projects)
- Expertise in BOQ, Quantity Takeoff & Rate Analysis
- Hands-on experience in RA Bills & Final Billing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (for measurement extraction)
- Excellent command over MS Excel
- Good understanding of material rates & procurement process
- Knowledge of GeM Portal tender bidding will be an added advantage
- Experience Required: 04 to 05 Years
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / B.Tech / Diploma)
- Experience in construction / infrastructure projects
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders
