About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage tendering & bidding activities for solar EPC projects. The role involves preparing competitive techno-commercial bids, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and securing new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate solar project tenders (Govt. & Private)
- Analyze RFP/RFQ, BOQ, technical specs & drawings
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial bids
- Coordinate with engineering, finance, procurement & legal teams
- Develop cost estimates, pricing strategies & financial models
- Source vendor/subcontractor quotations
- Review contractual terms & risk assessment
- Handle bid submissions, clarifications & negotiations
- Maintain tender documentation & database
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil)
Experience:
- Must have experience in solar EPC / renewable energy projects
- Exposure to Govt. tenders (SECI/NTPC/DISCOMs) preferred
Key Skills:
- Solar project costing & estimation
- Tendering portals (GeM, CPPP, e-procurement)
- Strong commercial & analytical skills
- Advanced MS Excel (costing & financial models)
- Communication & stakeholder coordination
