Job Title: Tender ExecutiveCompany:XSIS Valves Pvt. Ltd.
Location:Narol, Ahmedabad
Working Hours:10:00 AM 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, review, and submit tender documents as per requirements
- Monitor and track tender opportunities across various portals
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs
- Ensure timely submission of bids with complete documentation
- Maintain records of tenders, bids, and related correspondence
- Analyze tender results and prepare reports
Eligibility Criteria:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Engineering
- 13 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or procurement
- Familiarity with government e-tendering portals (preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desired Skills:- Experience with GeM portal / e-procurement systems
- Understanding of contract terms and conditions
- Strong attention to detail and deadline management
- Knowledge of documentation and compliance processes
- Ability to work independently and in a team
