Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Tender Executive to independently manage end-to-end tendering activities. The role involves ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant submission of bids across government and e-procurement platforms.
Job Title: Senior Tender Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: Up to 9 LPA
Experience: 4+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete tender lifecycle, including documentation, submission, and follow-ups
- Handle tenders on GeM (Government e-Marketplace), CPP, and State e-Procurement portals
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQs, and commercial terms
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, operations) for bid preparation
- Maintain records and track the status of ongoing and submitted tenders
- Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and company policies
- Manage multiple tenders simultaneously within strict deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in tender management
- Hands-on experience with government tender portals (GeM, CPP, etc.)
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and coordination skills
