Job Summary

The Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying, preparing, submitting, and tracking government and institutional tenders through GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals. The role involves coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions while supporting the growth of the company's tender business.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor GeM, CPPP, and other e-tender portals for relevant tender opportunities.
• Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, documentation, and submission deadlines.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids as per tender requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Regulatory, Finance, and other internal departments for required tender documents.
• Maintain tender-related documents, certificates, records, and databases.
• Track tender status, bid results, and respond to tender-related clarifications.
• Coordinate participation in reverse auctions, wherever applicable.
• Maintain daily tender activity and performance records in Excel for monthly review.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant submission of all tender documents.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Science (B.Sc.) from a recognized university.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in tender management, e-tendering, sales support, or a related role,
• Experience into the chemical, pharmaceutical, laboratory, or life science industry will an additional advantage.
