Tender Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end bidding process, The role involves identifying opportunities, preparing winning proposals, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and supporting business growth through successful bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and track relevant RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, EOIs, and tender opportunities.
• Review tender requirements and assess eligibility, risks, and business potential.
• Manage the complete bid lifecycle from opportunity qualification to submission.
• Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Technical, Finance, HR, and Legal teams to gather bid inputs.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals within deadlines.
• Ensure all submissions meet client requirements and compliance standards.
• Develop proposal content, case studies, presentations, and company credentials.
• Maintain a repository of bid documents, templates, and past submissions.
• Track bid status, prepare reports, and conduct win/loss analysis.

Requirements

• Any Graduate
• 3-5 years of experience in Bid Management, Tender Management, Proposal Management, Gem Portal
• Strong understanding of RFP, RFQ, and tender processes.
• Excellent proposal writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and tender portal platforms.
