This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tender Executive, based in Gurugram. The Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying and analyzing tender opportunities, preparing tender documents, and coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information. The role includes maintaining records, ensuring documentation compliance, and submitting tenders within set deadlines. Additional tasks may involve client communication, market research, and continuous monitoring of the tendering process to optimize the success rate.

• Strong expertise in preparing tender and bid documents, and managing tender submissions
• Proficiency in sourcing and interpreting relevant tender opportunities
• Attention to detail for verifying documentation compliance and maintaining records
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination
• Ability to perform market research and analyze relevant data
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools and other software for creating tender documents
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
• Prior experience in tendering, procurement, or a similar domain is preferred
