Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Business Development & Tender Executive. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing leads, preparing proposals, and driving participation in tenders. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams to align business strategies, maintain client relationships, and ensure successful project execution. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, and representing the company at relevant business meetings, pitches, and events.

Qualifications

• Proven abilities in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive revenue growth.
• Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in strategic planning, market research, and proposal development is a plus.
• Highly motivated and self-driven with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in tender management or proposal writing will be considered an advantage.
