Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Sales Trainee to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will support senior sales staff while developing expertise in tender management and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior sales staff in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
- Search and identify relevant tender opportunities across various platforms
- Support the tender preparation and submission process
- Maintain sales records and documentation
- Coordinate with team members to gather required tender documents
- Handle routine correspondence with clients and team members
- Prepare and update sales reports using MS Excel
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in tender filling and documentation
