The Role
We are seeking a Tender Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Uploading the invoices and payment followup with the govt parties and customers
- Preparing documents for E-Tendering, studying Tender documents, qualification criteria, scope of work etc.
- Drafting & sharing proposals with clients, complete paper work as per requirement.
- Coordinating with clients for payments and ongoing project works
- Inviting Competitive Quotation & Offers from Vendors as per Technical specifications and BOQ of Tender documents for Tender bidding.
- Preparing MIS weekly/Monthly reports.
Ideal Profile
Requirements
- Candidates should be well versed with E-Tendering, Letter drafting and Documentation
- Must have 2-3 years experience
- Must have experience in GeM and other tendering sites
