Job Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, monitoring, and tracking tenders (especially GeM portal tenders) relevant to the company's products and services.
• Support in preparing technical and financial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tender requirements.
• Coordinate with the sales team to gather inputs, pricing, and necessary approvals for timely submission.
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and databases of all submitted tenders, status updates, and results.
• Assist in communicating with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding clarifications and follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, financial, and technical requirements while preparing bids.
• Provide post-tender support, including clarifications, negotiations, and documentation.
• Work closely with the tender manager or senior executives to ensure timely and successful tender participation.
• Knowledge of Gem Portal : Listing, Amendments, Vendor Assessment, Brand Approvals etc.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, sales coordination, or back-office operations (experience with GeM portal preferred).
• Strong knowledge of tender processes, bidding procedures, and government procurement systems.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet-based applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
