Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Telecaller to join our team at our Rohini office. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inquiries, providing information about our interior design and renovation services, and scheduling appointments or follow-ups with prospective clients. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of communication, building customer relationships, and achieving set targets through effective communication and persuasion.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in handling phone calls and familiarity with customer service practices
- Ability to understand client requirements and explain service offerings effectively
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as MS Office, Excel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Positive attitude, persistence, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment
