Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller for our Real Estate team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are looking to start their career in the real estate sector. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, providing information to clients, and assisting in generating leads for our real estate services.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients to promote real estate services and properties.
- Answer incoming calls from clients and provide them with information about available properties and services.
- Maintain a database of leads and track interactions to ensure follow-up and conversion.
- Schedule appointments for property viewings and meetings with real estate agents.
- Assist clients with inquiries, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the buying or renting process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and property listings to provide informed responses to clients.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional tone.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of real estate concepts and terminology is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
