This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Team Lead at India IVF Fertility in Noida. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of telesales representatives, implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, providing training and guidance, and ensuring outstanding customer service.
