- Database Management:Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles, communication, and feedback in the recruitment system.
- Client Coordination:Collaborate with US clients and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and ensure alignment.
- Market Research:Stay up-to-date with industry trends and US labor market dynamics to identify potential candidate sources and improve sourcing strategies.
