Key Responsibilities:

- Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates and manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews and conducting initial assessments.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles, communication, and feedback in the recruitment system.
- Client Coordination: Collaborate with US clients and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and ensure alignment.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and US labor market dynamics to identify potential candidate sources and improve sourcing strategies.
