Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven TL Sales who will be responsible for
generating sales through outbound calling. The ideal candidate should have strong
communication skills and prior experience in telesales. The candidate should have handled a
sales team and should be comfortable doing a cold sales call himself as well.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Pre and Post
reimbursement services
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Follow up with leads and ensure closure of sales
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Team to achieve sales target and work with team to figure out the gaps
• Ensure team's targets are met and accordingly intervene as and when required
Requirements:
• Proven experience in telesales or tele calling role
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in sales/customer service will be an added advantage
