Job Description

We are looking for a professional who can handle outbound telesales along with call auditing and quality monitoring responsibilities. The role involves achieving sales targets while ensuring high-quality and compliant customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Telesales:

  • Make outbound calls to customers to sell products/services
  • Achieve assigned sales targets
  • Handle objections and follow up with potential customers
  • Update customer details in CRM systems

Call Quality & Auditing:

  • Listen to and audit telesales calls
  • Check call quality, script adherence, and compliance
  • Prepare quality reports and provide feedback
  • Identify gaps and suggest improvements

Eligibility & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 13 years of experience in telesales, outbound sales, or call quality/audit roles
  • Experience in BPO / call center environment preferred

Skills Required

  • Good communication and persuasion skills
  • Strong listening and analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel
  • Ability to manage both sales and quality tasks
