Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers through lead generation, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, providing excellent customer service and support, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored sales solutions. The individual in this role will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales techniques to identify and convert potential clients
  • Experience in Customer Support to deliver exceptional service and maintain positive client relationships
  • Ability to work independently in a self-motivated manner in a remote work environment
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills is an added advantage
  • Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is a plus
