Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, addressing inquiries, converting leads into sales, and providing exceptional customer support. The role includes identifying client needs, presenting tailored financial solutions, and maintaining records to ensure smooth execution of services. The specialist will also collaborate with the team to achieve individual and organizational sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to address inquiries and foster strong client relationships
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for engaging and informing potential and existing customers
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to persuade, negotiate, and convert leads
- Experience in Training and development to improve sales techniques and ensure excellent client service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in financial services or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
