Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. They will analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, oversee the sales team, and establish strong partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and financial consultants. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the promotion and successful implementation of Orenda Finserv's offerings and maintaining in-depth knowledge of financial and lending processes.

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in developing sales strategies and achieving growth targets
  • Strong understanding of financial services, processes, and lending environments
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in technology tools and platforms for financial evaluation and CRM systems is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
