Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be involved in identifying and fostering client relationships, promoting residential and commercial properties, and providing end-to-end assistance throughout the sales process. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, showcasing properties, meeting sales targets, and maintaining records of sales activities. Additionally, the role involves staying updated on market trends and offering tailored property solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of sales experience and at least one year in real estate sales experience.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their requirements.
• Expertise in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets while maintaining key client relationships.
• Proficiency in providing Training to onboarding sales staff to ensure consistency in performance.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced real estate environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
