Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Telesales Specialist at Make my agin. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making cold calls, generating leads, and selling products or services. The Telesales Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Telesales Specialist or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English and any other languages spoken in the region
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
- Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools
