Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Telesales Specialist. Responsibilities include engaging with prospective customers, delivering excellent customer service, and managing inbound and outbound sales calls. The Telesales Specialist will also focus on understanding customer requirements, assisting with inquiries, and achieving sales targets by promoting Magixland's services. Additionally, they will ensure a high-quality customer experience through professional communication and support.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to ensure a positive client experience
• Exceptional Communication skills for engaging with customers effectively
• Proven Sales experience with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Experience in Training clients or team members is a plus
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team
• Proficiency in relevant sales and CRM software tools is an advantage
