Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will focus on generating leads, managing client interactions, and facilitating property sales through phone calls and virtual communication. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, understanding client needs, delivering tailored real estate solutions, and maintaining records of client interactions. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team and contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing.
- Proven Sales abilities with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
- Experience in delivering Training to clients or team members is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment with strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Familiarity with the Noida and Greater Noida real estate markets is advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications is beneficial.
