Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Bangalore Urban district. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, pitching services effectively, understanding their needs, providing excellent customer support, following up on leads, building lasting relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include maintaining accurate records of interactions, offering solutions to customer queries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and streamlined processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to effectively engage with customers and address concerns.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and the ability to promote and pitch products or services effectively.
  • Experience in customer support with a focus on resolving issues and providing appropriate assistance.
  • Ability to train or guide customers on services and solutions as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, target-driven mindset, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in real estate sales or telesales is a plus.
