Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for actively engaging with customers via phone to promote and sell the company's products, addressing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records of customer interactions, following up on leads, and collaborating with team members to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and building relationships
• Experience in Sales, with an ability to meet targets and promote products confidently
• Capability to provide Training and assistance to team members as needed
• Proactive mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a customer-first approach
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
• Prior experience in the food or meat delivery industry is advantageous but not mandatory
