Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Techno Telesales professional located in Meerut. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting sales efforts through effective communication and customer interactions. The role also involves providing technical training and guidance to clients, understanding their requirements, and aligning solutions to their needs. The ideal candidate will contribute to driving customer satisfaction and meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to manage client relationships and provide top-notch assistance
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and demonstrate value propositions
• Sales expertise to identify opportunities, pitch products or services, and achieve revenue targets
• Experience in Training customers or team members to understand product and service offerings
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet customer expectations
• Proficiency in understanding technology-related solutions and translating technical concepts effectively
• Minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
