The Sales Specialist will work in an on-site, full-time role based in Jaipur. This position involves identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting and promoting services, and achieving sales targets.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Demonstrated proficiency in Sales techniques and Sales Management
- Experience in conducting Training and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets within deadlines
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in the real estate or rental industry is a plus
