Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, based in Noida. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, understanding their needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer support, addressing inquiries or concerns, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role may also involve participating in sales training and collaborating with team members to improve overall performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers
- Proven Sales experience or the ability to persuade and close deals successfully
- Experience in Training and developing skills to improve sales techniques is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software or related tools is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales/customer service
