Job Description: Enterprise Sales Executive/ AM

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales & Account Manager with 2+ years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions. This role combines sales, account management, and customer success to drive revenue growth and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to build lasting relationships with decision-makers, manage sales pipelines, and nurture existing accounts for growth while delivering excellent customer support.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Sales and Business Development

  • Identify and engage prospects to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market research, data mining, and cold calling to generate new leads.
  • Leverage social media platforms and professional networks to connect with potential clients.
  • Coordinate product demos with prospects and close new business deals to exceed revenue targets.

Account Farming & Customer Success

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Oversee smooth onboarding and provide ongoing support to maximize client value.
  • Monitor satisfaction and collaborate with internal teams to enhance services.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Over 2 years of proven success in selling enterprise software solutions with experience in account management, account farming, and customer success.
  • Skills: Proven ability to build relationships with decision-makers, manage sales pipelines, achieve revenue targets, and excel in communication, negotiation, and data-driven sales using CRM tools.
  • Personal Attributes: A confident, self-motivated, and target-driven professional with excellent relationship-building skills, a strategic mindset, and a strong focus on customer success.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
