Key Responsibility;-
- Make outbound calls to students regarding placement activities, interview schedules, and job updates.
- Cold-call and follow up with companies to share student profiles and coordinate placement opportunities.
- Explain job roles, salary details, and company requirements to students.
- Maintain and update student databases, placement trackers, and company contact lists.
- Schedule interviews and ensure students attend them on time.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with students and recruiters for feedback.
- Resolve queries related to placements, documentation, or interview processes.
- Assist in organizing campus drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on placement activities and call status.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in calling, customer service, telecalling, or placement coordination (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
