Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by engaging in sales activities, managing customer relationships, and implementing marketing strategies. Daily tasks include interacting with clients, overseeing sales processes, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane, offering opportunities to make a significant impact.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and manage sales processes
• Experience with Training programs to guide team members and ensure continuous professional development
• Problem-solving and organizational skills are an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
