Telesales Representative

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Telesales Representative. The Telesales Representative will interact directly with customers to promote TraviYo's solutions, handle inbound and outbound calls, and address customer inquiries. Key responsibilities include fostering customer relationships, delivering high-quality customer service, and meeting sales targets. The candidate may also be involved in providing product training and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Experience in Customer Support and building positive client relationships
• Proficiency in Sales with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Capability to provide Training and explain products effectively to customers
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Adaptability and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic environment
• At least a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in a telesales or customer service role preferred
