Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Telesales Representative. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone calls to promote the company's real estate offerings. Responsibilities include providing superior customer service, addressing inquiries, understanding customer needs, and converting leads into sales. The role also involves maintaining customer data, working collaboratively with team members, and meeting sales targets through strategic efforts to grow the customer base.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospective clients
• Customer Service and Customer Support abilities to provide an exceptional client experience
• Sales skills, with a focus on lead generation and conversion
• Ability to undergo and adapt to training to improve knowledge and effectiveness
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and phone systems is advantageous
• Prior experience in telesales or the real estate sector is a plus
• Ability to work in an on-site environment in Kolkata
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
