Job Overview

MatchToCollege is looking for a Business Development Executive to support student admissions for Online MBA programs offered by leading universities in India. The role involves connecting with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and guiding them through the admission process for suitable online degree programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact and follow up with prospective learners interested in Online MBA programs through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Understand the learner's career goals, work experience, and educational background.
  • Provide detailed counselling on Online MBA programs, universities, fees, eligibility, and career outcomes.
  • Assist students throughout the application and admission process.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • Update and manage student interactions in CRM systems.
  • Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with university admission teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.

Eligibility
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 03 years of experience in EdTech sales, counselling, or admissions.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
