Role Description

This is a full-time Telesales Representative role located on-site in Noida. The Telesales Representative will focus on maintaining high-quality customer interactions by making calls, identifying prospective clients, and converting leads into business opportunities. Responsibilities include pitching TradeIndia's services to clients, achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer support, educating customers about platform benefits, and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and handle client queries effectively
  • Experience in Customer Support and the ability to address customer concerns with professionalism
  • Proven Sales skills, with the capability to meet and exceed targets
  • Training experience would be an asset to assist clients with platform utility and product offerings
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, phone systems, and other sales tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and strong organizational skills
  • Prior experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred
  • Minimum educational requirement of a bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
