Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Telesales Representative. The role involves communicating with potential and existing customers to promote and sell Kumar Power's products and services. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional customer support. Additional tasks include maintaining a call log, following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, and working collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Daily outbound calling to generate new leads
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain consistency
  • Customer Service and Customer Support skills to ensure satisfaction and resolve queries effectively
  • Sales ability to meet and exceed targets, along with skills in persuasion and negotiation
  • Experience in conducting product presentations, and capability for Training in product knowledge
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools, along with basic computer skills
  • Regular follow-ups to convert leads into business
  • Problem-solving ability and a customer-centric approach
  • Previous experience in telesales or a related role is an advantage

Preferred Experience

  • 13 years in telesales / inside sales
  • Experience in electrical, generator, or related industry preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Salary

  • Rs. 30,000 plus sales incentives and benefits
