Role Description

The Telesales Representative will be responsible for driving sales by reaching out to potential customers, promoting products or services, and converting leads into clients through phone and virtual interactions. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining positive customer relationships, providing excellent customer support, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, requiring collaboration with a dynamic team and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication skills, including effective verbal and written abilities
  • Customer Service and Customer Support experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and relationship management
  • Proven ability in Sales, with a focus on lead conversion and achieving targets
  • Experience with Training and onboarding clients or team members
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
  • Prior experience in the venture capital, branding, or business consulting sectors is a plus
