At Get Closers, we help coaches, consultants, and EdTech founders build Top 1% sales teams and predictable revenue systems. We specialize in high-ticket sales for EdTech and coaching businesses.
We're now hiring Business Development Associates (BDAs) who can own the sales process end-to-end from lead engagement to closing high-ticket deals.
Role Overview
As a BDA, you'll handle inbound and outbound leads, run high-quality sales calls, manage your pipeline, and consistently meet your daily and monthly targets. You'll work closely with the sales team to maintain predictable and data-driven sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales Execution
- Make outbound and inbound calls to qualified leads.
- Handle discovery calls, pitch calls, and follow-ups.
- Close high-ticket products/services (40,000+).
2. Lead Management
- Maintain perfect CRM hygiene for all leads.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and pipeline progress.
- Update call notes, status changes, and daily activity logs.
3. Performance & Reporting
- Track daily KPIs and meet activity targets.
- Share daily and weekly reports with the team.
- Improve your script delivery and closing skills with coaching.
Daily KRAs / KPIs (Non-Negotiable)
- 80 calls per day
- Minimum 5 hours of active calling
- Daily CRM updates and follow-ups
- Consistent pipeline movement
Key Requirements
- 13 years of EdTech or Coaching industry experience (mandatory).
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
- Experience selling high-ticket programs preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Driven, disciplined, and comfortable with fast-paced sales.
