Job Title: Tele-Calling & Sales Coordinator

Location: Bengaluru, On-site Job Type: Full-time Experience: 02 Years

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Tele-calling and Coordinator to join Design Lyf. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, making outbound calls to potential leads, and coordinating appointments for the sales/design team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tele-calling & Lead Management:

  • Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database/leads list to introduce Design Lyf's services/products.
  • Inbound Handling: Answer incoming calls professionally, address customer queries, and provide accurate information.
  • Lead Qualification: Understand the customer's requirements and categorize them as Hot, Warm, or Cold leads.
  • Follow-ups: Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule with potential clients who have shown interest but haven't closed yet.

2. Coordination & Administration:

  • Scheduling: Book appointments, site visits, or consultations for the senior sales team or interior designers.
  • Data Entry: Update the CRM or Excel sheets with accurate client details, call remarks, and next-step actions.
  • Liaison: Act as a bridge between the client and the internal team to ensure requirements are passed on clearly.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily or weekly reports on the number of calls made, leads generated, and appointments booked.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in tele-sales, customer support, or office coordination is a plus (but freshers with good skills are welcome).
  • Language Skills: specific fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of [Regional Language, e.g., Kannada, Hindi] is highly preferred.
  • Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication and distinct telephone etiquette.
  • Patience and the ability to handle rejection or difficult clients politely.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
