Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative, based in Bengaluru. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing sales calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional support to potential and existing clients. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, promoting Colive services, converting leads into successful bookings, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate will regularly collaborate with the team, attend training sessions, and stay updated on Colive's offerings and developments.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to build rapport with clients across diverse backgrounds
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolution of inquiries
  • Sales expertise with the ability to convert leads into successful outcomes
  • Willingness to undergo Training and continually enhance skills
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple inquiries effectively
  • Experience in the rental housing or co-living industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with using CRM tools and sales platforms is advantageous
