Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales position located in Bhopal. The Telesales representative will be responsible for communicating with prospective and existing customers, promoting and selling products or services, addressing inquiries, and managing customer relationships. The role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, and collaborating with team members to improve processes and techniques.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to effectively address client needs and concerns
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage customers and convey information clearly and persuasively
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and ability to achieve and surpass sales targets
- Experience in providing Training to customers about products or services as needed
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and basic computer software
- Prior experience in telesales or a similar role is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is a plus
