Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal for a Telesales professional. The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting products or services. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, addressing queries, resolving concerns, and achieving sales targets. Telesales professionals will also collaborate with team members and take part in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to ensure client satisfaction and address inquiries effectively.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and convey information clearly.
- Proven Sales skills, including effective persuasion techniques and meeting sales goals efficiently.
- Willingness to participate in Training sessions to improve knowledge and hone sales methods.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment and adapt to changing targets and priorities.
- Relevant experience in telesales or customer engagement roles is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and record-keeping systems.
