Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our hearing aid clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, educating them about our hearing aid solutions, and booking appointments for consultations. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote hearing aid products and services.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable hearing aid solutions.

• Book appointments for customers to visit the clinic for hearing tests and consultations.

• Follow up with potential leads to ensure conversions.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns professionally.

• Stay updated on hearing aid products and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of tele sales/customer service experience (preferably in healthcare or medical devices Banking sales ).

• Minimum Education qualifications : High school diploma or Graduate ; additional certifications in sales or communication are a plus.

• Skills:

• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

• Excellent verbal communication in [Specify Language Tamil & English ].

• Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
