Role & responsibilities
- Understand the Job description given by our Clients.
- Creating accurate job description to identify candidates with appropriate qualification, experience and skills required
- Job postings on various social media sites and job portals to attract interested job seekers
- Sourcing for potential candidates via different Job Portal, Resume database, cold calling, employee referrals
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a smooth interview process.
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates experience in Recruitment/ BPO .( Fresher can apply ) _ FEMALE ONLY - Age : 22 to 29
- Candidates must have good communication skills.
- MS Office -Excel knowledge must
- Languages: Hindi Must
