  • Working Mode: Work From Office
  • Shift Timing: Full-Time Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with prospective customers through outbound calls
  • Explain premium membership plans and services effectively
  • Convert free users into paid premium members
  • Follow structured sales and conversion processes
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records and follow-up details
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Handle customer walk-ins at retail centres (if assigned)
  • Build strong customer relationships through consultative selling
  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of telesales / outbound sales experience
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Fluent in English and any regional Indian language
  • Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills preferred
  • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
