Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Thane. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating sales leads, reaching out to potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and addressing inquiries effectively. They will contribute to achieving company sales targets through direct interaction with customers, supporting them in understanding loan products and addressing queries to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Customer Support
  • Proven skills in Sales and relationship management
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Goal-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in financial services or telesales is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant CRM software and phone systems
  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
