Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective customers to promote and pitch Kotak Mahindra Bank's products and financial services.
- Lead Generation: Actively engage with prospects, understand their financial requirements, generate high-quality leads, and work toward closing sales.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain precise records of customer interactions, handle follow-ups professionally, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales call targets and business objectives.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass) or above from a recognized board.
- Experience: Freshers are completely welcome to apply. Prior experience of 6 months or more in a telesales or outbound calling role is a strong advantage.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, convincing ability, and basic computer knowledge.
