We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Viman nagar, pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell products and services.
  • Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Maintain customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve sales techniques.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in telesales .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
