Telesales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive (Voice)

Working Days: 6 days a week | Rotational Shifts & Rotational Offs

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell products and services to potential customers

Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Maintain and update customer records in CRM tools

Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving concerns

Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve organizational goals

Requirements:

Education: Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline

Experience: Fresher to 5 years of experience.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

Skills:

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience preferred)

Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle objections effectively

Compensation & Benefits:

CTC: 15,000/- to 35,000/- Per Month
